Kelsey has the BAS degree in Human Performance Management with an emphasis on Nutrition and Exercise Science, trained and interned at internationally-known “The Oaks” at Ojai Destination Health Spa in Ojai, California, and has 10 years experience teaching Pilates, yoga, dance, and muscle conditioning.
Kelsey’s organic style of movement incorporates a graceful flow accented with empowering strength. Her teaching style has evolved from a background with experience in many forms of dance and athletic activities.
